Java Runtime Environment
So I've been having problems with trying to install java runtime environment and was wondering does anybody know what is wrong.I go to the java webpage and download jre 8u91 then when it finished downloading i click on it and a meesage pops up saying "Do you want to allow this program to make changes to this computer?".I click yes waiting for the java installer to pop-up.
Nothing happens so i download it again for 3 times and nothing happens.I tried restarting my computer and still nothing happens.Does anyone have any idea how to fix this and to install jre onto my windows 8.1 64 bit computer

Steam games that need Java install it themselves, no need to install it manually.
