Dead By Daylight op MAC platform
Dear Reader,

On Sunday 5th of June I bought the Deluxe Edition of Dead By Daylight, but I bumped into an issue. When I try to download the game, Steam tells me I have a platform that doesn't go with the game (I Play On MAC). So I can not download the game. When I checked my inventory, my beta key was also gone. Can somebody help me out?

What makes you think that the game supports Mac? It's Windows only and the store page clearly tells you so.

Read the support article on How To Request A Refund (Link)
Additionally, you can also read this: Common Refund Questions (Link)

Additionally, you can not download it because the game is not even released yet.

The problem is however, when I look for the game (using the How To Request A Rund) it doesn't show up so I can not make one.

That's because the game is not released yet.

You can refund it from here:

I see what you mean by "clearly tells you so", but putting in the logo of Windows underneath the game doesn't give me the idea of "clearly telling you it is Windows only"

The absence of the MacOS logo should give you an idea it's not for MacOS.

No, but the "System Requirement" tab, that only lists Windows 64bit as the OS does.
And that is something everyone should read before buying a game.

You read the step-by-step-instructions and understand them.

That part is clear, Ogami. Would you mind helping me out what to do after clicking the link of the licences?

There are no steps showing in my screen, just the things I bought

Is it possible to wait until the game IS released, then asking for a refund since it is less than two weeks since the buy?

Yes, the two weeks start with the day of the release.

As opposed to the giant "SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS" part at the bottom of the page that doesnt list Mac at all?

Install bootcamp works just fine and you just need to configure some files inside the game in the textedit look up on youtube bootcamp works
