Removing games should also remove following DLC's
Like the title says, when removing games from your library their DLC's should also be removed in the process. What also would be neat is that the achievements and playtime were reset as well.

What difference does it make though? DLCs aren't installed without the basegame. That being said, you can remove the DLCs separately from the Help Desk -page.

I'd prefer the stats, playtime and achievements to remain. At best, I'd think it would be okay for the achievement showcase to exclude deleted games (while that can falsificate the percentages and whatnot.)

Removing games is ultimately "Hide the Game - Tier 2" than removing it permanently from your account anyway.

Search the DLC up here:
https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithGame

Or manually apply the DLC's APP-ID here:
https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithGame/?appid=XXXXX

You can find out its APP-ID from the Store -page's website address.

But where I can find the APP-ID for the DLC's when I no longer can install them without their basegame?

As I said in the previous post.

Steam Store -page's website address.

That's available even if you didn't own the DLC in the first place.

I'd suggest using a third party web-browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, et cetera), unless you want to go to [Steam > Settings > Interface] and then tick
:correctamundo:
Display Steam URL address bar when available

Then use [Win + R] -keys: steam://open/console and apply the manually altered URL as the client console command.
open <url>
