Invalid SSL Certificate and Access Denied when Accessing inventory and Market

So whenever I try to access the market or inventory through firefox (I've tried every browser possible) I get this message:

Your connection is not secure

The owner of store.steampowered.com has configured their website improperly. To protect your information from being stolen, Firefox has not connected to this website.

And when I try to access the market or inventory through the steam browser I get something like: invalid ssl certificate.

And when I "Make an exception" for this I get this message:

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "/D/935/296433/000/store.steampowered.com/login/" on this server.

I've tried just about everything possible, but I noticed when I use a proxy and I can access these website normally, but I don't want to have to log in through steam with a proxy for obvious reasons. Please help, I'll even +rep, your profile.

Opened up with Chrome, still no luck..
