Steam Authenticator/ Trade Hold
I just downloaded Steam Authenticator and it says I am protected by Steam Authenticator on in my settings. I go to trade and it tells me "Could not make a trade because your account is not provisioned for two factor authentication and trade holds are active." How do I fix this? How do I fix this? I was watching videos and people were saying to enable trade conformations in my privacy settings. When I go to there, it doesn't have the option to turn the trade conformations on or off. Someone was telling me that all I have to do is get Steam Guard Authenicator and wait 7 days. They said after the 7 days, I could then go and trade on any websites that I wanted to. I am new to CSGO and Steam. I'm not sure what to do so please explain in details if possible.

This is a message from a third party site. And those tend to be wrong, incomplete or simply BS. Send someone on Steam a trade offer and read the message then.
PS: You get trade golds until your mobile authenticator is 7 days old.
PPS: Read the support article titled "trading nd market restrictions"
PPPS: Third-party sites may screw you and not few of them do

So if I just wait 7 days after I turned on my Mobile Authenticator, I then will be able to do trading on websites? I am trying to go on websites such as CSGO Lotto and CSGO Wild

If you're cool with the possibility that they will screw you, yes.

Valve never supports gambling sites like that, they may be all nice and legit but how would you know?
It's not like a website that handles actual real money that the law can easily understand if they all run away with it. Because it is just fake virtual goods then you have way less protection from laws and all that for now.

Sure they may be trusted by lots of users but there is no official legal stuff about that. All valve cares about is if the items are in your inventory or not.

One day the US government will probably shut all these sites down and all the items they hold will be in limbo, all online gambling is illegal in the US and these sites never block US users or anything.
If you want to read some quick comments on a lawyer about this then go here: https://www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/comments/470yep/videogameattorney_here_to_answer_questions_about/d09ak98

Sure you could use them and might get some new stuff, or you could fall into a gambling addiction and loose all your stuff. I would not keep my stuff on the sites for to long.
