Accidentally refunded money to Steam Wallet.

im pretty sure refunded money goes back to where it came from ie
if you bought a game directly using your bank card the refund will go back to that bank account and if you bought a game using wallet credits then the refund goes into the wallet.
i dont think you get to choose.

You won't be able to refund e money paid from Steam wallet to your credit card.

Now I know you aren't trolling me so basically I could buy a game for the amount I want back instantly refund and then have it sent to my credit card without being banned or my account being suspended?

He then asked that if he spent the money in his wallet. then refunded via his CC, is that abuse..

he didnt buy the game using his visa card though,he bought the game using wallet credits,he just wanted it to go back to his visa.
refunds go back to wherever they came from.(unless its a prepaid card)

That's a chargeback.

A chargeback is when you go to your bank/credit card company and tell them to take your money back from the vendor.

Trying to buy a game then refund it to the CC will not work, as a refund on a wallet purchase can only go back to the wallet.
