Direct E-Banking
"A technical error has occured. Please try a different bank account."

I tried 3 times, rebooted Steam and my PC, didn't work. I purchased hundreds of games on Steam for the past 6 years, I hope this is something temporary.

Sounds like an issue with your bank, you should take it up with them.

So I'm having issues again and it's NOT my bank, I went over there, they say it's Steamrelated, since other <my bank>-users have no trouble direct e-banking. The transaction just pings out before I get to the payment window.
