Steam Keeps starting up in russian.

I have to constantly restart steam to change the language to english. Why does it open in russion anyways? It doesn't change the settings. If I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ steam than it will open in russian.

Try changing the language back through the Steam Client. "On the client, the very top left button/word is "steam", click that and the second one up from the bottom is settings. When on that you want the 5th one up from the bottom and then the very top drop down box in that is languages."

I know this. The problem is that when I restart the client it goes back to russian. Than I have to restart it again to change it to english. I don't keep steam running 24/7 as I tend to shut my pc down every once in awhile.
