AMD Rewards redeem games in steam

I purchased an amd graphics card and got a digital product. my choice of two games. division 2 and devil may cry 5. I put in the code they emailed me and got to the point of pressing the button to redeem in steam and ubisoft. but the games aren't in my library on steam or ubisoft. anyone else having this problem?

It came with instructions, follow them.

Division 2 is not on Steam, at all.

i followed the instructions. i got to the point to where it says to click the button to redeem devil may cry 5 in steam. i pressed the button. it told me to log in. i logged in and the game wasnt in my library. I did the same for division 2. it told me to press the button that says "redeem in ubisoft" i pressed the button and it prompted me to create an account in ubisoft. i created the account and the game is not in my library there either.

Did you actually do the redemtion while logged in and not just create the account and assume it will add them?

i logged in an was waiting for it to give me a code or direct me somewhere. but nothing happened. i even pressed the redeem in steam code again and nothing. i tried getting back in and it said the code was already redeemed. but i still dont have the games
