I'm having this issue "the program cant start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer", and when I searched to fix it, I saw that a lot of people are having this same issue since the release of this game, and they can't find any help, and me too.
I searched, and asked in all foruns, even in steam.
But anyone has a TRULY working solution.
I really need help, cause I don't have a clue what do to, I tried everything, my PC is okay, and never had this problem before with other game.
I bought the game on steam, with the Halloween chapter, and I'm freaking out wanting to play it, I already had problems with the purchase.

So please guys, help me.
