touch keyboard?
ever since the update last night im getting a Touch Keyboard toolbar on my Windows 8.1 Desktop when i launch STEAM. I WANT THIS DISABLED!

The same issues is now in the stable build as well. In my system, this introduces these errors in my Event Viewer:
Event ID 265, Source Win32K, A pointer device did not report a valid unit of angular measurement Event ID 257, Source Win32K, A pointer device reported a bad angular physical range Event ID 258, Source Win32K, A pointer device reported a bad angular logical range

It can crash some games (FFXV, for example) when these occur.

I'm on Windows 8.1 Pro 64-it.

Edit:Even if you disable the whole touch keyboard and handwriting service, Steam just ignores that, and turns the keyboard on anyway...

I can confirm the same issues in the stable version. Disabling it doesn't do anything. Irritating.

Because the stable version was just updated with what the beta had already. Yeah... We knew that would happen.
