Retroarch playlist problems

I have problem with retroarch playlist, when i want to run a game its say "file could not be from plalist". Please can somebody help me? Thanks.

Game need to be at location for retro arch find it, can just rescan for the games, just get rid of old playlist if it not pointing to correct location anymore.

If it found under E drive, blah blah blah folder, and this is a external storage, and the drive latter changed to F when try to use retro arch to start from playlist had made, it only remember you had it on E drive, not F drive. Same deal if you happen to move folder, or file somewhere else.

Then use manual search if it works then this means your playlist is broken, and need to be deleted.

Old thread but worth replying. I had the same issue after reinstalling W10. The drive letter with the ROMs changed from E to D. I simply went into Windows Disk Manager and changed the drive letter back to fix the issue.

Another option is you can edit your playlists with notepad if something else changed.

Yeah I pointed that out in 1st post over 2 years ago. OP said it still broken afterwards.
