Bought Cod MW2 via Battle.net, regret it and want it in my Steam Account

Hey there, so i bought the new Cod MW2 via my Battlenet Account. This might sound a little bit stupid, but i want to play it badly via Steam to see my playtime and also noticed, it works more fluent in Steam.
So now i downloadet Warzone via Steam, and can also play it normally with my Activision AccountSo far so good. But the moment i click on Multiplayer, it shows me that i dont own the game :( Steam doesnt recognize that i have it already on my PC via Battlenet.
So i am now so depressed about it that i am ready to buy it all again on steam. BUT... the moment i want to buy it on steam , Steam tells me that i already have MW2, and buying it on Steam wont give me another copie... I dont know that to do can someone say something to that topic please :(:(:(:(

yes but steam says: If you buy it, you wont get another copie of : Call of Duty MW2 .
Maybe Steam means "Warzone" ? You get what i say bro ?

Remove the free or beta version and then you can buy the paid version. It's either under purchases or licenses in your account details.

It says you own it because of Activision being dumb and coupling Warzone 2 (free game) with MWII (paid game).

Yes, you have to purchase MWII on Steam to be able to play it here.

You don't need to do that. You can just add to cart on any of the options on the store page.

Steam tells you you own it since they made wz and Mw2 the same thing on Steam ( probably a way to hike up sales figures). But yea it aint and you can buy anyhow.
