“Rest of World”, which I believe indicates that the game you're getting is the same as the rest of the world (there is no special censoring or other regional restrictions per your location).
Rest of World ist kinda misleading actually. It should be replaced "Version without restrictions".
In case of Black Ops 2 ROW means any country that is not Germany since it is the only country that actually has any limitations besides pricing of course.
So having a ROW Version is as unlimited as it could possibly be. So yes you will have Zombies and Nazis stuff and what not
if you look at the row version it's actually black ops 1. it means that there's going to be Nazi symbols like swastikas and stuff instead of it being replaced

non ROW versions remove nazi symbols. if ROW is cheaper. get it if youre okay with seeing the swastika flag
If you aren't buying for zombies, idrk how much the DLC maps matter for multiplayer at this point, and they definitely don't for the campaign.
