Steam wont start on Win XP SP3

Steam client wont start on old machine. Config is Proc:1.66 GHz; Win XP SP3 with .net framework 4,etc.... What I can do?

Relax. The last update broke it... again. Bootstrapper error right?
Guess i will experience the real life until they're gonna fix it. :))

It has been fixed. Re-download Steamsetup.exe from http://store.steampowered.com/about/ and run it.

That's not because of Win XP, it's about CPU.

Exactly same problem happen again with today's steam.exe update. V2.37.82.33
AMD Athlon CPU / Intel Pentium 3 got this problem again.
Steam programmers forgot NOT to include SSE2 CPU instruction set.

AMD Athlon CPU is still very good for CS1.6 CZero DoD etc. I don't know about P3

Steam wont run anything... When I use command "open" (on .exe or shortcut), nothing happens. Like I didn't start it at all....

I downloaded .net framework 4... Reinstalled Steam so many times.... Nothing happens...
