trade ban with no reason

hi guys

last week afetr play a game i get steam alert say "Your trading privileges have been permanently suspended for violations of the Steam Trading Policy."
and i get baned and i have no idea why steam do this
my last trade was more than 30 days ago and i even dont play becuase i was Studying for my test afet 3 days i done my test i come to play and i get this msg
i send ticket to steam Support but they say :we are unabel to remove ur ban
u guys have any idea why this happend to me ?becuase i am sure i do nothing wrong on trads eveybody know me as a fair trader
you guys have any idea how can i fix it?becuase i have mire than 300$item on my acc

No one but Steam Support can tell you the exact reason you were trade banned. If they will not help you any further, then there is nothing you can do other than waiting for the ban to expire.

Not a bug, your account did something to violate of the Steam Trading Policy, probably without your knowledge

I don't think something as serious as a trade ban would be a bug, especially if they told you they wouldn't remove it.

Also, was the other person using your account? That may explain the ban.

no no one use my acc but we use same coumputer not a same acc and another thing
dont hate me guys bit i am from iran as mb you know iran goverment ban some site for iranian people and we all use proxy app like hotspotshild and kerio and thing like this is it can be resaon becuase it give us same ip
