How can I get immediate attention from a valve employee/moderator?
There is a sticky post in the Borderlands 2 forum that is only intended for sharing golden keys for the game. Usually there are half a dozen posts made per day. Over the last 48 hours there have been over 200 posts made mostly by 2 childish trolls arguing, using profanity, insulting people, spamming like crazy and just being a problem in general to people who are there to help out.

As far as I can see there only purpose is to try and get the thread closed down and I do not want that to happen just because of these two idiots.

The posts have been reported by myself and others but they are still going at it.

I have looked at the profiles of the people who stickied the posts in those forums in the first place by they barely seem to have any recent activity on their accounts.

Contact Steam Support. Ticket response time is generally 2 weeks.

After 2 weeks you only get an automated letter.

Support isn't automated, they just often use stock answers because they get so many of the same questions over and over.

Ask a moderator via their profile page to look at the thread for you, explain the situation and what you'd like the mod to do if possible, then see what the mod says and if any action will be taken.

Just popping in to say that 2 of the worst offenders are now banned. I guess reporting people doed work afterall. Thank you Steam employee / moderator :D:
