Call of Duty Definitive Collection (ROW) requires Ghosts?

I was having issues purchasing this pack last night since it required me to own CoD Ghosts to buy so I thought I would be clever and purchase it as a gift then add it in. Now I am having the same problem. Have any of you had this issue and if so did you find a solve for it? I tried Google but there are no relevant answers.

@TechMunk ,did you check your multiplayer version of black ops 2 and ghosts?
Or did you check the properties of SP?

EDIT: Just checked myself ,your listed DLC's are not in my library as well... ♥♥♥♥
EDIT2: When I got to the store page , I seemingly have those DLC's even though they are not listed in the DLC tab.

Yeah. I mainly got curious as I had some items in my wish list, and united offensive didn't get removed, when other COD items did. It's like the items are in steam limbo. Steam knows I purchased them, but I can also still add them to my wishlist to remind me that I can't use it yet.... ;)

This happens quite often, I used to have this problem with Jagged Alliance 2, reported it to steam support and they fixed it.

@techmunk and @ BURNY26 : Is it possible that the items can be found in-game? I haven't downloaded and played the multiplayer yet so I didn't know this. Maybe someone who has tried them can share the info

Edit : It says that United Offensive need the original Call of Duty, so maybe it's some kind of a DLC. I installed Call of Duty, started the game, and United Offensive is nowhere to be found. I forgot if United Offensive is supposed to be Standalone or Integrated into original COD. It's been a long time since I've first played this.

Do you see the season pass for Black Ops II listed in DLC? The season pass includes all DLC for that game.

I believe the don't include all DLC in there.

Still no United Offensive. Still missing the above listed DLCs.

Edit : MrTop D is testing to see if the DLC shows in-game. Maybe it's one of those DLC that didn't show on the Steam Client "View Downloadable Content" list, but is present in-game.
Although about United Offensive, I've tried installing and playing original COD, but didn't found any United Offensive in it.

Edit 2 : Well, while posting this I've been Logged Out twice from Steam, and had to relogin to edit this post. Never happened before, wonder what happen. :(
