SORRY, WE COULDN'T ADD YOUR ITEM!

I'm trying to purshase some games on sale.
But when I add them to the cart, there's a long wait before my shopping cart screen shows.
There it says "SORRY, WE COULDN'T ADD YOUR ITEM!". And the buttons for "Purshase for yourself", "purshase for a friend" is grayed out.

I've tried with two different games, and I've checked that I have enough money on my bank account.

The sale item are on sale til monday. So I hope someone can help me pretty quick.

Have you tried purchasing through your Web Browser instead of the Steam Client?

and i can't require assistence or support couse account does not log in form the browser!

Same here. Log in on the web browser was fine but I still cannot add items in my shopping cart and it still saying "Sorry we connot add your item"

I think there must be a problem with the payment server as I'm trying to add funds to my Steam wallet and it won't do that either

Even purchasing though the web browser does not work. Restarting also does not work.

A friend of mine and I, both have the same issue. When clicking "Add To Cart", it only redirects 1 out of 10 times, and when redirected it says "SORRY, WE COULDN'T ADD YOUR ITEM"

The problem is definitely their end, I've restarted Steam, Logged in through browser, even restarted my PC and rebooted my whole internet network, and still doing the same :-(

Experiencing same problem,really want to buy games but it doesnt add to your cart. my money is like hanging on a tree for steam to take but steam just dont want the money. ♥♥♥♥ You Steam!!
