The most "beautiful" racing game on Steam?

It's been a very long time since I played a racing game, and I'm starting to get a very particular itch that need's scratching. I'm looking for a racing game that is absolutely amazing looking. I'm not normally the type of person who gives a crap about graphics, but I'm really in the mood to just drool over some high definition metal and rubber as it speeds down a track kicking up superfluous dirt particle effects. So what would you all recommend as a racing game that is both fun and very overly pretty to look at?

P.S. Though not mandatory, I prefer off-road racing or set tracks to inner city or "street" racing type settings.

It might not be the most beautiful but it offers one of the most satisfying driving I've experienced. Off road, street racing, dirt roads, snow tracks and lots and lots of destruction. :D

Grid is also nice.

I'd add Fuel, but apparently Steam no longer sells it. Great terrain, and tornados!
