This is the equivalent of a broken kid's bike while the game requires something that actually runs.

That cpu is just too old to really run the game, even if it had the Intel hd gfx, it would still probably have problems running the game(being quite slow.). Your graphics card needs to atleast support dx9 for the game to run, and not be an integrated gpu for it to run well.

It's not even that. That's one of the really old style IGPs. They sit in the chipset and suck far worse than today's CPU-integratet GPUs.

You would also have to get a new CPU, as Cartman pointed out. Isn't this a laptop anyway?

You would need to get a new one.

@ReBoot:
Yeah it is a laptop, so he would need to buy a new computer altogether.

Yes. This time one that doesn't suck.

If it absolutely has to be a laptop, than you should get one that atleast has an nvidia gfx in it, something other than the integrated Intels. It would still be much better to get a desktop for gaming.

I'm afraid your system doesn't meet the minimum requirements. On a much newever version of your laptop I've struggled to recieve 10fps. The only real fix is to upgrade your system, because most components are far below what I'd recommend.

The Pentium processor will definitely struggle with any recent game, the Intel graphics are WAY too weak for CS:GO and even the 3GB of RAM isn't enough (you want 4+). Windows Vista also tends to slow down older PCs.

My recommendation would be to get a new PC if you can afford it. Expensive but I've found with laptops that fully upgrading after 3-5 years is always worth it.

You need a lot more than a new video card lol, you pretty much need a whole new computer.

Whatever your problem is it doesn't have anything to do with the OP's problem from 2014. Make your own thread.
