Steam Wallet I can't verify my new credic cart

I had a steam wallet with a credit cart. after im used another credit cart and i bought some keys. After when i go to market it says you must verify your credic cart. I clicked ''Begin verification'' it says ''Your bank declined one or both of our small authorizations. If you clear this issue up with your bank, you can retry then.'' How can i verify my credit cart ?

i think the reason is that your card isnt allowd to buy over internet ! :)

Perhaps you don't have any funds left on that credit card.

right... i havent got no any Money in this card. On market it says ''You've recently funded your Steam Wallet using a new payment method. While the new funds are being verified, you'll be unable to use the Community Market. You can verify the funds now, or wait until the restriction is automatically removed on 8/30/2014 9:13:00 PM''

All you have to do is check your transactions history on your bank's page, then verify the funds that have been debited or credited ( i don't rememebr well) by steam to your account. That's all.
