If I can run Batman Arkham Asylum can i run Arkham city
i was able to run asylum on stable 25-30 fps everything turned down so can i run city at 15 fps please help

Maybe, but why would you want to run anything at a hideous fps? 15 would be like a bloody slide show.

i am playing games at 5 10 fps so it would not effect me tell me if i can run it or not

There's really no way to know without trying it out. You haven't even posted your specs, and even if you did, judging by what fps you say you run things at you're probably well below minimum specs for Arkham City.

I'm just going to go ahead and say no.

i have purchased it but i am still to enter the key and download how much time will it take to download batman arkham city and gta san andreas at speed of 90 kb/s
how much data can 90kb/s download in 1 hour

City runs comparably to Asylum so sure, it should work. If 15 FPS work for you...
