Report a translation problem
It is not related to Family Sharing, despite being under the same tab.
Then you go to Steam -> Settings -> [Family] -> <Authorize this computer>
You may proceed to authorize even their Steam account while at it.

By not setting up Family View? By completely ignoring the "Manage Family View" button in the settings?

I overlooked the problem previously because during the initial beta you weren't required to tick names after approving a PC although I'm assuming it did it automatically.
I figured out my oversight but I appreciate your help, thank you.
If you're going to make pointless post then why are you pointlessly lurking the "Help and Tips" section? Do something more productive with your time instead of wasting the time of others.
