My Steam Hack by an unkown person with the used of keylogger at an internet cafe i played

I been Played at a internet cafe last august 19 tuesday..at 9pm ...i didnt open my steam family for good reason to not touch or trade with others..but after i played that night i closed or logout my steam and double check if my steam acc will trace.. and then i shutdown the pc i played with for sure no one could hack my steam...Then in august 20 at night i login my steam then there's an offer been accepted already...For All my items in DOTA2 Trade for a PCP (player card) and a Genuine HUD... Thats what happen ....I need my items back.. steam please help me to return my items...

Don't name and shame.

You can try your luck with Steam Support, but they are not obliged to return your items, during a hijack.

And why did you login with your own account in a public place? do they not have their own account that you can use?

i login my steam account there because i got only 1 steam account... i didnt know that internet cafe has keylogger...i just play there for fun... and that was happen i been hack with this unknown person all my items lost in my steam account... :'(

i already send steam support, a report message and files for photo's of my trade history in steam..please steam help me and sorry for posting many discussion

Quess the internet cafe in the Philippines don't have their own Steam accounts you can use and you have use your own.
