JUST CAUSE 2 DLC WONT APPEAR STOLE MY MONEY

Hey I recently downloaded Just Cause 2 and immediately decided to buy the Black Market Boom Pack for 1.99. I opened the game and went to the Black Market to discover the DLC equipment not there. I was told that as soon as I got the DLC, the items would be there to buy. This is really sad because I rarely have the opportunity to add money to Steam, and when I finally did, it was wasted on not-appearing DLC.

Mabye there is was a bug with the dlc installing inside the game, just make a backup of the save files and re-install the game, it should be there. If none of this works, https://support.steampowered.com/ and follow instructions.

First thing to do if a DLC appears to be non-functional is to check the DLC tab in the games property window (in your library, click the game with the right mouse button and select properties) to see if the DLC is listed and active.
