Perfect Razer Surround EQ settings for music
I have discovered, in my opinion, the best settings for Razer Surround software in terms of listening to quality music :) Before anything else, I would like to inform you that these settings are more optimized for the Razer Electra headphones, since those are the ones that I use, but they can still be suitable for regular stereo headphones.

First, turn off stereo enhancement, set the bass boost to 75 or 100 depending on your liking, sound normalization to 20, for voice clarity, you can play around with it, but I like to keep my presence level to 0 and my volume level to -50.

For the Equalizer, set 125hz = 8, 250hz = 2, 500hz = 2, 1khz = -2, 2khz = -2, 4khz = 0, 8khz = -2, 16 khz = 5. Please give a feedback if you found these settings good or not :)

Got to admit, settings make the music sound pretty damn nice! Nice work!

Note: I'm using Audio Technica ATH M50x, so your settings are legit :D

works alright but a bit iffy for me when i listened to some avenged sevenfold. but i must have searched for over 2 hours on the net for a decent eq setting to work for my skyrim...yours works quite well after some minor tweaks. using your settings as a base i enabled stereo enhancement, set bass to 40, normalization left at 20 and voice settings were not touched and left at defaults. as for the eq i changed 125hz to 4, and 16khz to 2. it sounds great now in skyrim compared to just using default razer settings. thank you for the useful settings for razer surround. sounds amazing now with by razer tiamat 7.1 (sadly i must rely on razer surround til i can get my hands on an external 7.1 audio drive for my laptop)

OMG! THIS WORKS GREAT! I Recommend listening to "Bastille - Pompeii (Audien Remix)". by comparing from No Razer Surround and With Razer Surround, Razer Surround helps a lot :D tnx Senpai ;)

Honestly, I'm finding myself turning back to my real soundcard for music since the vocals just seem to muted on the virtual surround.

try to poke around with your settings, in someway or another, there is a way to boost your vocals, still in razer surround

just wanna ask bro, I'm currently using poweramp as my default music player in my mobile (Galaxy note 3) same as you Razer as my music buddy. I wanna try your settings but just cant get it right. Can you teach me how to set it up? poweramp doesn't have a level indicator if I'm in the right level so its kinda tricky, I'd really appreciate it if you can help me out, there's just no good eq set up for razer other than yours. I tried all of them but to no luck nothings good enough. hoping you can lend me a hand here. And also how do you turn off stereo enhancement? thanks bro!

Sorry bro, didn't elaborate on the problem. Alright, first of Poweramp is a Music player application on mobile devices. Problem is I cant set the equalizer according to the one that you recommended here in your post. Poweramp can be downloaded in google play store. It has a free version for 7days. You can try to take a peek inside the app for you to see what I mean why I'm having difficulty setting it up. Appreciate the fast reply bro. I'll be waiting for your answer again.

I'm using the Razer BlackShark and these settings make voices harder to hear when there is a lot of bass happening.
