Report a translation problem
1;Have the finished copy on a flash drive or something.
2;Begin downloading the game again on the computer you plan to move it to.
3;Once the download has begun stop in and exit steam.
4;Go to the steam/steamapps/downloading folder.
5;Inside there will be a numerically named folder that contains some of the files that you have already downloaded for said game.
6;Delete everything inside the folder and replace it with the finished copy.
7;Restart steam and resume the download.
Steam should then recheck the download and confirm it is complete. (If steam does not automatically realize the game is complete stop the download, and find the game in your library. Then right click and go to properties, then go to the local files tab and select verify integrity of game cache.)
