You can check the conversion rate of your country currency to USD using any currency converter on Google. I'll use MYR as an example. As RM1.00=100 MOL points, and the conversion rate from RM1.00=$0.32(current rates), lets say if you're going to fund your steam wallet for $5(minimum level of funds for steam wallet) and the conversion rate for $5 from MYR will be RM15.84(this amount does not include the extra fees that will be charged from the transaction) so having 2000Mol points/RM20.00 will do it.

It costs 600Peso for just 500MOL points? the page stated that 100Peso=100Mol. Anyway, I did a search for PHP to USD and it's 500PHP= 11.41USD. So you can fund your steam wallet for $10 or $5 but keep in mind that there will be an extra fee that will be charged in the transaction so make sure your Mol account can cover it.
