Hi, I bought a Gift Card to put money in my Steam Wallet, but when I was scratching off the sticker part to revel the code...I scratched 2 letters/numbers off by mistake :3. Is there anyother way to redeem my Gift Card?? Thanks

You can try to guess (educated guess?) the missing 2 letters. Or contact the place you purchased it from.

Thank you, but there is numbers AND letters and the store can not help me because I already scratched off the sticker part.

Steam Support will just point you to the store you bought the gift card from.

There was, at one time, a forum post here in these forums that had step by step instructions of how to contact the compnay that actually makes the gift cards. And with proof of purchase, details on where it was purchased from, and most of the code, they were able to recover the code.

I have long since lost it, but I think that was the only option other than the original store of purchase.
