Except that you have to do this every single time you start STEAM so it's not really a fix--I've already been doing this since day one of the update to no avail.
It's still working for mine after closing/restarting steam :/
It's been a few weeks that this has been occurring and with it being significantly more inconvenient than the countless bugs I have seen addressed in recent updates am getting annoyed by their lack of attention to this issue.
If you are going to have software that is provided for Mac use, then have it's basic functionality working and prepared to fix it when something goes wrong. At this time, to my knowledge, noone has heard anything and the time frame to get this fixed is growing to an unreasonably lengthy and inexcusable period of time. With every update I look to see if it's addressed and watch for it to possibly have been fixed (even if by accident in an update) yet it remains the same after weeks where it is likely not a difficult fix to implement, just low on their list of priorities.
Get on it Steam.... Please.
