Ah its a laptop it is most likely your fan getting too hot and the graphics card is not getting the proper cooling try placing your laptop a bit off your desk table so the fan is not touching the table and it can actually get air

Yea it is hot but are you sure that wil help what if it gets overheated even when i do that.
(I checked temperature just now and i didnt play games:Processor temperature is 48C and hraphic is 59C is that good or bad(Thanks for comment)
If your temps are CPU 48° C and GPU 59° C just idling then you have a problem for sure, especially on the GPU. That's very high for idling, when you play games those temps will rise much further and your system is probably underclocking to compensate for the heat, resulting in low FPS.

Oh, as for what to do, In your position I'd open it up and take a look(after it's cooled), and check the connection of your GPU heatsink, maybe even reapply thermal paste to make sure the connection is solid.
Other than that, don't use the laptop on cloth surfaces like a bed or your lap. Have a table so air can flow properly and get the heat out.

How can i fix that? + before i got fps drop after 1 hour my pc hot colder and i tried playing css right now and i still got 20 fps but when i restart pc i wil have like 50 for 15 mins ? You still think its the heat please answer ?:csgocross:
Buy a laptop cooling pad, it's probably the easiest way to keep it from overheating without breaking the bank or your laptop :P

How are you sure its because of heating when it was cold i started game and it instantly drop fps after restart it works normal for like 20 mins idk i think its up to system or something like that.

It's almost certainly heat, idling at those temps is not normal especially the GPU. Idling shouldn't be much higher than your room temperature, and as you lose FPS it's certain your system is underclocking to stop it from damaging your components. It's a common feature of most laptops these days.
I'd have to suggest the same as Malik, unless you know how to reapply your heatsinks and start using a table in a well vented area, you might want a laptop cooler.
