Oh, as for what to do, In your position I'd open it up and take a look(after it's cooled), and check the connection of your GPU heatsink, maybe even reapply thermal paste to make sure the connection is solid.
Other than that, don't use the laptop on cloth surfaces like a bed or your lap. Have a table so air can flow properly and get the heat out.
I'd have to suggest the same as Malik, unless you know how to reapply your heatsinks and start using a table in a well vented area, you might want a laptop cooler.
