Moving my mouse in games causes frame lag
Currently using the Razer Mamba with driver version 2.01 and firmware version 1.07.
I have an AMD radeon r9 270x GPU and I am running with two monitors (game only on one) on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. The problem occurs in a few games but I've noticed it a lot recently with Nosgoth.

Basically if I play the game without moving my mouse at all, it runs perfectly. As soon as I move my mouse, the game will stutter and the fps drops until I stop moving my mouse. So far to combat this I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Steam and Nosgoth, I do not have the "stij.exe" process that I've heard of, I've used another cheap mouse, I've messed around with my mouse's polling rate, and my GPU's drivers are updated (I've tried both the beta version and latest release).

I'd be very thankful if I could get any advice for this problem. If there's any additional information you need let me know.

Tried this, makes no difference either. If it helps to know, playing this game with an Xbox 360 controller works as it should, with a consistent frame rate.

Did you unhook the 360 controller and just have mouse/keyboard connected? Having a controller and mouse connected at the same time can cause issues.

Yeah I've tried that as well, again with no difference. :(

Same issue.
I have the same gpu but when i was playing on my FX6300 no issues, changed to i5-6500, lags like hell when i look around but have 60fps walking, running, shooting around. Its driving me crazy. Reseting the pc now (win10) and reinstall everything and see if its ok. I only experienced this after the recent december update.

Just as a heads up, I've since switched mice (to the Logitech G402) some time ago and haven't had any issues since. I never updated this thread though because that's not really a legitimate fix. Hopefully you can find a solution.
