My Ping is going CRAZY!!!! 400-500ms!!!!!!!!

Hi guys and teams out there, i would really need to seek help or opinions from you guys or any of the Steam reps here.

Recently at night, my ping goes up as high 400+ms. I'm from singapore. Below is my ping. PLEASE HELP ME! its really bad!

As well as i'm playing my CSGO, its the same ping appears again. its really saddening.

What Valve download server are your settings selected on?

It's not only just you, I'm from Sg too and having starhub as my isp. I have over 400 ping too, i have a feeling its just starhub though, while my other friends are using Singtel and they have no ping issues

i choose singapore as the download server bros. i've called up starhub and sent them the trace. But they get back to me as "We had checked and its all ok on our side" WTF man!

Speedtest no prob with the up and down loads... its in valve then i experience high ping.

GUYS! i finally got an answer from starhub! that is....

"The network team is currently working on this issue and relink to the valve server with new devices and this will takes around 2 WEEKS. Please wait patiently."

so guys, GLHF on the waiting time! OMFG!
