Can't find "Enter or Update Payment info" link

Heya, a few hours ago I finished and uploaded a new CS:GO skin in the workshop. I then was prompted to complete my tax and payment information etc. After filling these out I was able to finalize the payment options for my skin and everything seemed to be going dandy.

An hour later I received and email from Valve/Lilaham regarding the aforementioned information. It reads as such:

"Hello,

A recent audit found that your Steam account profile name and the name you provided during the tax interview do not match. We require the Steam account profile name, tax interview name and bank account holder name to be identical in order to verify and validate your information. Until your information has been verified, you will not be able to accept or finalize any revenue sharing on your Steam Workshop items. In addition, these items will be hidden and cannot be accepted for sale. Your tax status has been changed to a “Deactivated” status.


What can I do?
You will need to correct either the Steam account profile name or the name used in the tax interview. Please log onto your Steam account, go to “Your Workshop Files” page and click “Enter or Update Your Payment Info” in the right-hand column. Please do not respond to this e-mail with your information.

Please note that Valve uses Lilaham, a third-party tax provider, to gather tax information.

Now I visited what I believe they are referring to as "My Workshop Page" but was unable to locate any button/link that reads "Enter or Update Your Payment Info", or even those words at all. I have been searching for nigh on an hour, including many google searches, but can't find anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey so this is really late guys and I'm sorry about that lol but I've found it. Either they fixed a bug, or I am a complete idiot. Cause I literally followed the instructions in the email and it was right there. Go to your name in the top right nav bar of steam, click profile > on the right in the nav bar in the middle of the page vertically there is a list of options like comments/workshop etc. Click workshop items, and then on the right in basically the same place it "enter or update payment info". Hope this helps somebody!

Im still having this problem.. and I've been using the same information for the last 3 years, don't know why this error apeared this month.
