Why are you opening porn in Steam's browser of all places?
Mine is using 300MB.
I mean the chrome.exe that he shows in his screenshot.
The point being that the memory usage of the browser is determined by what you are browsing. I showed this earlier in the Steam Browser, when I showed before and after pictures of viewing the Dota 2 community page full of artwork and screenshots and it went from 30-40MB to over 250MB just for loading the page.
Getting annoyed now.. I never asked for steam to eat up some of my ram... I never even asked or wanted Steam in the first place.. but the game I always play made it mandatory to use.
Now this 3rd party application.. Steam... is eating up my memory with unwanted rubbish..steamwebhelper.
I don't even want Steam, nevermind a Steam webhelper... my web is fine.
Yep. Each of these gets me a WebHelper.exe message.
As I mentioned, little spare time, so no changes to my computer, just playing a game now and then.
I'm curious to know if the steam://flushconfig fix has worked for anyone?
Edit
Nope. It was worth a shot, though the contents of config files are usually user-configurable interface settings.
Like at the top, even.
However, my Firewall and AV settings haven't changed, and they *already* specified steamwebhelper.exe by name.

So. What does the BfLLR.dll module/driver do?
That .DLL is part of Killer NIC (Bigfoot Networks, Inc.) so most likely either that file, or the associated drivers are corrupted, or you have some sort of driver related issue. Try downloading the latest drivers for that NIC and update them. Might be good idea to uninstall once u download the latest driver, then clean install the new drivers.

Or maybe even try an older driver. From what I am seeing, KarlMonster has version 4.1.0.15 which is later than I the download I'm finding on various searches, which is coming up with ones like 4.1.0.144 dated May 2013
In general though I'm having trouble finding good sources to download the Killer M1 NIC drivers from. Maybe try IObit's Driver Booster and see if it can properly identify your NIC and download the correct drivers.
edit: just to be sure, what i was talking about, these starting processes are in the Taskmanager, but yea i can see when a new steam process starts i get everytime a spinning mouse cursor like "windows is now working" for 2-3 seconds
