Malwarebytes anti malware says steam games are viruses

When ever I load a game on steam malwarebytes anti malware says that a "malicious site blocked" is this a virus or not appreciate the answer thanks :)

thats were i got it from i can still run the games the warnings just come up

and the computer cant be infected because i have 3 security softwares and they dont pick up anything and it says it blocks them

I had this happen with the latest version Malware Bytes Premium when I visited the community page through Steam for Jagged Alliance Flashback. It said the main website for the game was blocked something like jaggedallianceflashback.com.

Looking around the discussions for the game the developer said they are using a host that has been accused of hosting alot of spammy websites in the past.

I would say as long as is only happens at one spot it could be a bad range of ip's that Malware Bytes is blocking proactively.

Even though the website itself is fine I think Malware Bytes tends to block IP ranges from proven bad sites.

Three? That could be part of your problem. You should not run more than one at a time. they end up screwing each other up.

I ran MWB, full scan, less than 18 hours ago with zero reports, including 700BG of Steam games.

every online game I have but not single player and I will report it to malwarebytes website and thanks everyone else for the help ;)

If you run 3 antivirus at once because each might not be 100%, you still are not protected above average.
While complications happen above average. All the time. In the background
