Can't access Free To Play game

Hello :D

Today I wanted to play "Unturned" with my brother and everything was fine at start. I found game on Steam Store, clicked play and game started downloading. When it fully downloaded I wanted to play it but it didnt appear in my library. It appeared in Steam Family shared library. So, that library was used and there was no way for me to access that game. When I click "Buy" it leads me to store page of Unturned and i see play there, if I click it nothing happends. It is free to play and I don't understand where's the problem.
Things I tried:

Restarting Steam
Restarting PC
Going on store page of Unturned and clicking Play
I looked up for DLC-s or something that interferes between my and shared library
Restarting Steam again
Tried to play game when shared library was not in use (then after using library from other side it gave me 4 minutes as usual to quit game)
tried to press this link : steam://run/304930
Tried to call 911 to help me
Then I fapped bcs I was bored, all bcs I can't play that game :(

1- start
2- search for "run"
3- paste: steam://run/304930 and enter.

might work :)

It's weird that it doesn't appear in your library. Might be a bug.

weird when i press launch on the top right side it works and ye i got family sharing aswell on both my accounts.

I tried go to to that link "http://steamdb.info/app/304930/", I pressed launch and doesnt work :D still putting me back to steam store page :D
