Can't submit tax information

So I made a new deagle for cs:go and all I waned is to have it ingame.
Aparently I have to submit it to the workshop first ... no problem ... fill bank account info ... ok ... and tax form oO? ( What if I don't want to sell anything ? Can't I only publish something ? )

Yet, I have filled up a tremendous amount of unnecessary ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, just to end-up not able to fill the form cause the email don't match with the one I have with my account ? ( really ? the same I used 2 seconds ago to add chrome to steam guard ? )

It say's "The email address you have entered does not match the email address linked to the account that you used during the on-boarding process. The "Submit" button will be greyed out if you provide an alternate email address" on chrome and on steam.

Since it looks like there is no customer service and i have to ask on a forum hoping that someone actually working with steam company will read and maybe fix the issue ... steam, what have you become :'(

yeah man same trouble... its dont even work if copypast mail(it makes submit button green)... so sad...

I had the same problem but I solved it by writing in all my information first, and then I ticked ALL three boxes in the signing stage.

I had the same problem and selection all of 3 boxes help me too.

Ticking the last 3 boxes helps but how does that effect the irs submission? Guess only time will tell.

I have the same problem, but hteres not only three boxes but six(below)
and I've klicked them all and it just keeps saying I have a wrong email.... EXACT same that its alway been in steam

This is probably not because you are not American (I am not either). Tax laws can be very tricky some times and it is therefore very important that they receive correct data. Depending on the circumstances there will be different boxes that must be filled, perhaps boxes that should not be filled. As it was a long time ago I solved this problem I do not remember everything I did, however I will say this:
-Read once more (this sounds very frustrating but there might be something you overlooked!)
-Ask others (perhaps you have friends on steam whom mod or develop in-game items)
-"Google is your best friend." (Not a joke, and definitely not an understatement)

Sorry if this did not help at all, I know how frustrating it can be! When I filled in my tax form it took me 5 consecutive days to figure it all out. Good luck, read twice before submitting and do not rush. :)

So far, google has not helped, I know it sounds odd, and none of my friends is making skins or any other stuff so far. Well, my life isnt going to end if I cant get skins to sell :D thx anyways man

[SOLUTION SOLVED] I've had the same problem with you.
After that I found out the solution. Which is you have to put your whole email address in small letter form (No capital letters at all). This should be 100% helped.
