Although to try and fix your problem. You may at one point or another decided to type +right or +left into the console. As for the super fast rotation, mose likely a cl_yawspeed adjustment. Perhaps attempting to avoid idle kicking? I actually have MOUSE4 bound to a command... I can't remember exactly how it goes, but the bind is probably something like...
bind "mouse4" "cl_yawspeed 10000 ; +left"
Go into console and type key_listboundkeys
See if you have any keys bound to either +left or +right.
You could unbind those keys, or just alternatively type -right and -left into the console.
