Help Building Gaming PC.

I would like to build a gaming PC that is under 2,000$ and if possible could you make it more powerful then a PS4 or Xbox One. Sorry if it sounds like I'm nitpicking but could the CPU be a Intel i7 processor and the graphics card a AMD graphics card.
