Skype Blocks Game Sound, Please Help!

Im having a problem where I would be playing my games on steam and talking to someone on skype. And I cant hear my game on my head phones, but when I hang up the game sound comes back. I imagine i have to change a setting with skype. If u know what is wrong please let me know! :)

Try:

Control Panel> Hardware and Sound> Sound> Manage audio devices> Communication

Select ''Do nothing''.

The above is usually the answer to this sort of thing.
Also what u can try if that alone does not work is; Launch Steam > your game > Once game has loaded into main menu > then alt+tab back to desktop > launch Skype and do whatever u need there > then alt+tab back to game.
