Wildlife Park 2 will not launch

Hello. I am using a friend's laptop and my boyfriend gifted me the Ultimate Edition for Wildlife Park 2. :P This is my first time using Steam since I played Amnesia at least 3 years ago. I installed the games but they would not launch. When I click "Play" in the library, nothing happens. If I click the desktop icons, a flash of the "Starting game launch" screen appears only to disappear and no game launches. I tried all the support suggestions, updated my Windows 7 64bit. I am on a Gateway NV53 with an ADM M880G with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 series graphic card and driver. I checked the game cache and the files are all said to be proper. I tried to launch the game by opening my Steamapps/common/wildlifepark2 and then trying to open the application files. However, I get the following error message:

The program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.


So, I uninstalled and reinstalled Steam, which of course forced me to reinstall the games. Still, the games will not launch for me to play. Can anybody please help? I just want to raise some goofy animals haha

that's a file from the C++ Redistributable Package 2010. Download and install it
