How do you rename a steam screenshot?
So quite often, when I upload a steam screenshot and I name it, the names don't show up......So I want to know how do you rename a screenshot after its been uploaded. I can't find that feature anywhere.

Something went wrong while displaying this content. Refresh

You can't name screenshots. You can name artwork, but not screenshots.

That's the dumbest thing I'v ever heard. They let you name them initially before upload. But after upload you can't rename them!? How can a gaming community as big as this, with a surplus of options, not have the ability to rename a screenshot. It's mind boggling.

Um, you can't "name" screenshots, even before you upload them. You can however, make a caption that can be changed. Is it possible you mistook the caption as the name?

Captioning the screenshot is "naming it". What else did you think I meant.

You should've said that in the first place... :conwayfacepalm:

Yes, you change a screenshots caption. Go to the image where you want to change the caption, click it, click "Comments and Details" Then "Edit Caption" near the bottom right.

I'll add to this, naming (not just captioning) screenshots used to be possible.

Open the picture's link and you'll see its title above the picture.

Edit: If someone doesn't know what I mean, it's this[i1249.photobucket.com]
