Error Code 3
Steam servers are too busy to play rome 2, but its been saying that for like a week now. Help?!

Try restarting your computer if you havent and try going to Task Manager, scroll down to Steam Client and Steam bootstrapper and end both of those tasks, then restart your computer

nope still get the error code 3, and i am in offline mode so i don't understand why do i need servers to play campaign
