Bank card issue : got blocked on steam
I recently used a new (to steam) bank card to add some funds and after doing it, the next day my money is gone (i hope its refunded) and im banned from shop, community market etc.
The reason it happened i guess was that i wasnt able to prove "its my card". Its because i currently have no access to the transaction history and cant even know if this card was charged.
Already got a ticket on steam support but Im pretty sure that they'll reply in a month or something like that.
So the main question is : Is there any other way to restore my account exept giving proof that it was my card? Cause if theres not, my account is dead for like at least half a year.
Help i need somebody

You didn't attempt a chargeback, did you? On the flipside, you'd doubtfully leave it out if you did.

Otherwise, there's absolutely nothing we can do. Steam Support will answer you faster if you have sufficient amount of information in the post, so they don't have to ask for you to add more on the table.

Summarized; yet resourceful is a good way to make a ticket.

Thanks, already got a ticket. I didnt attempt a chargeback, Steam itself made a refund. It says my account was used for a fraud.

Yup steam says i got a refund, as for the verifying as i mentioned in OP i cannot do that for at least half a year (dont even ask why)

Ok I thought you meant your account was unused for the past year. Can you not call the number on the back of the card to get the amounts charged?

No I guess not. The actual problem is not to get info about charges but to verify the card. And i cant do that cause im in another country.

The latter could be why it was blocked. The interesting part is that they didn't lock your Steam wallet (and payment options) as your external IP would change as the country changes having you to contact Steam Support to unlock it to begin with.

Well, I'm thinking it'll go fine.

Nope its definetely not cause of that. Long time ago I already asked support about using card to buy stuff abroad. They said it was ok and to use store.steampowered.com/?cc=[country code]
