A4Tech Bloody v7 Mouse ! HELP !

So I ordered a A4Tech Bloody v7 , it's on his way, and lately I've found out that it might be illegal because ofr multi core's or ♥♥♥♥ os some macros I have no idea what that means, but I mean will i get banned just for using it? or if i use scripts or something , cause my mouse is gonna be here tomorrow and i'm scared of using it ! Look at this video, I don't know if the mouse alone does that or if it is a script. I need to understand this before i use the mouse! Need an answer.
