As for the link you provided I can not comment on its quality. Can't find a make or model to check reviews or ask people based on its information. It's just a Generic mouse. It could be great, especially for the money but it could far be worse than what you have. Personally I'd stay clear of it.
Check on Amazon, or anywhere else, that has a variety of mice and check reviews of mice you like the sound of in your price range. You can even ask questions for more info if you wish. If you want people here to provide suggestions on specific cheap gaming mice they'd need to know what your budget actually is
