Arma 3 is gone
Bare with me, this will be a little long. A couple of months ago, I traded some TF2 keys for Arma 3 Deluxe edition, this was back when the game was in beta. I got all future updates and all, EXCEPT when the game was fully released, the game was no longer in my games library and instead under a tab called "Other games", a "Buy Now" button replacing the "Play". I contacted Bohema or whatever the devs name is, and they shrugged it off saying no proof of purchase, too bad. Of course I dont have a proof of purchase, I traded for it. What I do have are the files for the beta sitting on my computer, along with the bonus items and everything. I contacted steam a while ago and they also just shrugged me off. This is just not right. I want my game back. Yes this happened a while ago, but due to some health problems I havent had the strength to get into a major schruffle. I have screenshots of the game in my steam directory and everything, what do I need to do for somebody to actually LISTEN to my issue and help me? Honestly...

EDIT: This is the read me I found in the files while trying to see if there is a cd key stored or something, incase you dont beleive me hopefully this will sway your opinion and you can help.

It might of been a limited beta key. soon as game is released beta key is not availible and is then removed. Happened to me with payday 2 only i was given it as a gift and purchased the game after beta was over and released.

Look in your account details there must be proof of it being activated on your account. Or even try looking withing trade history just so it can be proven to steam support.

SirEpicFail Jul 31, 2014 @ 8:35am
It is possible the person you traded with did a chargeback on the game and Steam removed it.
ReBoot Jul 31, 2014 @ 8:37am
Ask the support, tell them you've been scammed.
olly92 Jul 31, 2014 @ 8:37am
Could be possible but if so there should be proof of the trade in trade history. and wouldnt steam inform you.?

Go your inventory, click more button, select view inventory history. If you find the trade, take a screen shot and send that to support.
