CS GO skins stolen by fake link
so someone sent me a fake steam link which took all my cs go skins when i clicked on it and i make a ticket which 3 weeks later gets replied with a "The Steam trading interface requires all trades to be confirmed multiple times before completion. We will be unable to recover any items/gifts that were traded.
Before accepting the trade, it is the user's responsibility to verify that the contents of the trade are accurate and that the trade partner is the correct user. " as well as some other things he said. i really don't think he read the ticket at all because if he even read the begging he would understand that i was sent a link that stole all my items without my consent i did not accept any trade and this has cause me to lose 100$. 10/10 steam support thanks for not reading my ticket at all.

Submit another ticket. That is really the only thing that can be done.

But you should also take steps to secure your PC and to never click any links someone sends you. Run an antivirus, clean your cookies, etc. Also change your passwords and the like but only after you can confirm your PC is clean.

I've never had to use Steam Support but from what I know from other support ticket systems that companies use, your ticket will be given a status that helps to tell you as well as Steam internally the progress of your ticket.

If your ticket says "Resolved" or "Closed" then you need to create a new ticket. If it's still "Open" then you'll be able to get support still from the same ticket.
